We visited my sister-in-law yesterday to give the birthday present that the kids got for her. We were not able to come on her birthday as our friend Raquel, visited us that day. But anyhow, she told us that the black raspberry in her backyard are already ready to pick. So we headed down there.
I ate all that hahaha, I can't resist not to eat while I was picking them because they are so sweet!
When I was pregnant with Rylie, I used to visit her whenever the raspberry are ripe already, I love them!
It was a really nice bonding moment for me and my daughter as she joined me later on picking them.
All the vines are loaded with fruits.
We picked a good bit. Good enough for a jar of jelly.
My sister in law knows how to make jelly so that is what she's going to do with my leftover lol. Goodnight everyone. It's 12:55 now huhuhu. Thanks for visiting!

Wonderful Berry picking photos :o) Yumm! We love picking berries (blackberries, blueberries & strawberries up at my parent's in Wisconsin...Strawberries and blueberries here in Georgia)...and we eat as we pick, too :o)

We have some wild one's here. Maya and I pick some everyday. She doesn't give them a chance to build up. She eats them as soon as they are ripe.

Ngayon lang ako nakakita nang raspberries. Para silang raisins sa iyong mga kamay, lol. Mukhang sa raspberries mo napaglihian si Rylie. Kaya siguro sweet ang disposition niya katulad mo. Ikaw, saan ka raw ipinaglii, sa atis? kasi sweet ka rin?, lol. Mabuti naman at marunong gumawa nang raspberries jelly and SIL mo. Wow, Black raspberries! That's my hubby's favorite! We tried growning a few in our backyard but none of them survived this year. They are quite delicate type of raspberries to grow with. :) By the Rose, did you got my email this week?
