Spending QUALITY time with your family is a must especially if you have kids because that is where they develop their sense of family importance. I would say it over and over again that giving up my career is the wisest thing that my husband and I have decided. My daughter is starting to picture the reality now, she told me the other day that they are very lucky that I don't have to leave home to work. It's true that I get busy with online task at times but the fact that I am here, I can still oversee what they are doing and respond to their needs.
